I. Asset Retention Rules:

1. Points: Unused points will automatically expire after the validity period. Extensions or refunds are not supported.

2. Cloned Voices: Retained during the points validity period. The system will delete voice data 10 days after points are exhausted or expired.

3. Project Videos: Videos uploaded to the WiiMedia platform are retained for 90 days and automatically deleted after expiration.

II. Value-Added Services:

1. Expansion packages can be purchased online directly and will not affect your points balance.

2. Both voice cloning slot expansion packages and storage expansion packages are valid for 30 days.

III. Billing Description:

1. Billing Unit: Minimum billing unit is 30 seconds. Duration less than 30 seconds is charged as 30 seconds. (Example: Total video duration of 1 minute 05 seconds is charged as 1 minute 30 seconds)

2. Generation Benefits: Unlimited audio generations per task. Free video generation is limited to 2 times. Beyond that, computing power fees are charged at 1 point/minute.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is there a free trial available?

WiiMedia supports free trials. New users automatically receive 100 free points upon first registration; registered users will receive 200 free points after following the 【Wiitrans】 official WeChat account. Limited to one redemption per account.

2. Are there differences between free points and paid points benefits?

Regular accounts: No difference in benefit scope between free points and paid points;

Enterprise VIP accounts: After purchasing Enterprise VIP, paid points can access all features and services; free points cannot be used for voice cloning dubbing and related services.

3. What happens to unused points after expiration?

Unused points will be automatically cleared after expiration. Extensions or refunds are not supported. Please plan your recharge packages and usage progress accordingly. For enterprise customers, please coordinate with your account manager for any unresolved matters.

4. Is international payment supported?

WiiMedia supports international customers to make cross-border payments via offline B2B bank transfer. If you have related needs, please contact us to connect with an account manager.

5. Is B2B bank transfer purchase supported?

If you need to purchase via B2B bank transfer, please contact us to connect with an account manager. Purchase contracts and corporate payments or foreign currency payments are supported; this payment method is currently not available for online purchases.
